Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Remote On Call Breakfast Cook to support production, presentation of breakfast and bakery items in a remote Alaska camp. You will supervise and train kitchen staff, complete production sheets, and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

You’ll cook a range of items from breakfast to baked goods, work 12-hour shifts, live in dormitory housing, and coordinate with supervisors on menus and supply needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years related restaurant cooking/baking experience.
• Alaska Food Workers Card or ServSafe certification.
• Pass pre-employment testing and fitness requirements.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Speak/read/write English and work in remote camp.
• Able to stand for 12 hours per shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform main line food production duties across shift items.
• Cook breakfast, lunch or dinner, bakery items and salads.
• Prepare and produce bakery goods in a remote camp setting.
• Complete production sheets and coordinate with supervisors.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff; ensure sanitation.
