Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Remote Breakfast Cook to assist with the preparation, production and presentation of a wide range of foods in a remote camp setting. You will also lead, train and supervise food service personnel while ensuring cleanliness and safety in all areas.

The role focuses on bakery production, menu execution, and daily production planning in a high-volume, remote environment, with strong emphasis on teamwork and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of restaurant cooking and/or bakery experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to instruct and train others and to multitask effectively.
• Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe certification required on hire.
• Must pass pre-employment testing including safety and physical assessments.

Responsibilities

• Performs all main line food production duties per shift.
• Prepares bakery products in a remote camp setting.
• Completes pastry prep including mixing, baking and frying as needed.
• Reviews daily production needs and completes production sheets.
• Assists supervisors with menu and recipe development.
• Monitors and replenishes kitchen production items and inventory.
• Cooks breakfast, lunch, dinner, beverages and various trays and salads.
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are met across prep areas.
