You will guide team performance, ensure compliance, and support staff development while strengthening operational efficiency and client service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in the industry (or 7+ years in sales/marketing/relationship management), active licenses, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Required active licensing.
• Professional designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Management staff and provide coaching and guidance.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and processes.
• Manage an assigned book of business.
• Serve as subject matter expert for coverage and service questions.
• Oversee policy administration, placement, billing, claims support, and documentation.
