Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Branch Operations Manager - Commercial Lines to lead all operations management activities at the assigned branch. Responsibilities include supervising the operations team, implementing strategic plans, budgeting, staff development, policy enforcement, and serving as Account Manager for a book of business.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial insurance with 2+ years of management, an active P&C license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required; 2+ years of supervisor/management experience.
• CISR or CIC designation preferred.
• Excellent communication and people management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities and workflow of the branch team.
• Drive annual strategic and tactical plans for the branch.
• Manage branch P&L and control costs to meet financial goals.
• Understand and manage the annual budget.
