Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is hiring a Territory Manager for the Alhambra, CA / US Remote role to launch and grow its first commercial product. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across the assigned territory with travel up to 60%.

This fast-paced biotech environment requires strong selling skills, clear communication of clinical data, and a commitment to compliant, patient-centric care while meeting territory sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Execute strategic call plans and deliver engaging product presentations.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, and access information clearly and credibly.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and pull-through.
