Job summary

Mineralys is a fully remote biopharmaceutical company focused on developing medicines for hypertension and related comorbidities. The Territory Manager will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales performance within an assigned region.

This highly visible role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and an entrepreneurial mindset to launch a breakthrough medicine. Travel up to 60% is required as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
• Prior launch experience preferred
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
• Strong customer relationships and clinical acumen
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a launch environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities
• Consistently deliver against sales goals and launch milestones
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation
• Demonstrate effective strategic call planning and customer engagement
• Communicate product value, access information, and patient identification clearly and compliantly
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and pull-through
