Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive the launch and growth of its first commercial product within an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and achieve sales goals while thriving in a fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving outcomes for patients with uncontrolled hypertension. Remote-first company with travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course‑correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans by translating data and insights into impactful, customer‑focused actions.
• Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and openness to new ideas, embracing innovative approaches to customer engagement.
• Apply strong business acumen to assess market dynamics and leverage insights for effective territory planning.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and key decision‑makers.
• Clearly and compliantly communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and appropriate patient identification.
• Deliver engaging, high‑quality product presentations and address customers’ questions with confidence and credibility.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support product pull‑through.
• Partner effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand customers’ needs and elevate the overall customer and patient experience in a compliant manner.
