Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for an all-remote US role to educate healthcare providers, grow product adoption, and drive territory performance. The role requires strong selling skills, brand execution, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hypertension and related diseases.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales, prior product launches, and a track record of meeting sales goals. Travel up to 60% within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales experience preferred.
• Prior product launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and building relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and data.
• Maintain CRM data and territory reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support launch initiatives.
• Travel up to 60% to cover territory.
