Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product across an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and meet territory sales targets in a fast-paced biotech environment. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience (cardiometabolic preferred), launch experience, and willingness to travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty cardiometabolic sales preferred.
• Launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and clinical data.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization within the territory.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launches and regional programs.
