Mineralys Therapeutics is a fully remote clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on hypertension and related comorbidities. The Territory Manager will educate healthcare providers, build trusted customer relationships, and drive product adoption within an assigned US territory.

This highly visible role requires strong selling skills, program execution, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech environment. Travel up to 60% is required as part of territory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
