Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to launch and grow our first commercial product across an assigned US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales goals in a highly visible, fast-paced biotech environment.

The role requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and a passion for improving patient outcomes in hypertension. Travel up to 60% is expected; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech sales.
• Specialty sales experience preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among providers.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address questions with credibility.
• Travel up to 60% to support launch and ongoing sales activities.
