Mineralys Therapeutics is a fully remote biopharmaceutical company focused on addressing hypertension and related conditions. The Territory Manager will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across an assigned territory while achieving sales goals.

This highly visible role requires strong selling skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced biotech launch environment, with up to 60% travel and a strong focus on patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience; other sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced launch.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: Develop and maintain strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: Execute strategic call plans, translate data into actionable steps, build trusted relationships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Field Operations, Marketing, Training and Analytics to support territory objectives.
• Compliance / Culture: Maintain integrity and comply with all company policies and industry regulations.
