Job summary

Cytiva in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist to sell or renew the company’s products, systems and services to assigned customers. You will capture service sales opportunities to meet revenue and growth targets while managing pricing and the sales funnel.

The role requires >2 years of sales experience, strong English communication, and experience with Salesforce CRM; travel up to 30%. It offers remote work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS/BA required (Life Science is a plus!)
• Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider
• Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred

Responsibilities

• Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
• Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
• Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management
