Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist to sell or renew products, systems and services to customers in an assigned territory. This remote role requires travel up to 30% and leverages Salesforce to manage relationships and quotes.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a life sciences background is a plus, and strong English communication skills to build consultative relationships with key influences.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS/BA required (Life Science is a plus).
• Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider.
• Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred.
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English; strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment.

Responsibilities

• Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
• Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
• Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management
