Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist in the United States to sell or renew our service products and solutions. You willbuild consultative relationships, generate proposals, and manage territory and pricing to drive revenue growth.

The role requires 2+ years of sales experience, CRM/Salesforce familiarity, and strong English communication and networking skills. Remote-friendly with travel up to 30% to support customers.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS/BA required (Life Science is a plus).
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a service organization.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient English communication; strong influencing and networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Captures service sales opportunities to meet targets and price increases.
• Develops consultative relationships with key-buying influences in each account.
• Generates proposals and service contract quotations, demonstrates value.
• Manages territory and sales funnel end-to-end.
