Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist to drive contracts and renewals across assigned accounts in the U.S. This remote-friendly role supports life sciences and diagnostics markets with focus on value demonstration and project ownership.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of sales experience, CRM experience (Salesforce), and strong English communication. Travel ~30% is expected; benefits include a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS or BA required (Life Science is a plus!)
• Greater than 2 years of sales experience, preferably within a service organization or provider
• Previous experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management software, Salesforce preferred
• Ability to communicate proficiently in English; in particular, strong influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills to drive collaborative culture in a highly complex environment

Responsibilities

• Captures assigned service sales opportunities to achieve and exceed contract capture, revenue, & growth targets, and annual pricing increase targets in assigned product line and/or customer accounts
• Develops and maintains consultative sales relationships with all key-buying influences in each account.
• Generates proposals, prepares service contract quotations, and demonstrates services value to assigned customers.
• Accountable for all aspects of territory and sales funnel management
