This fully remote role requires strong selling skills, disease knowledge, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment. Travel up to 60% within the territory; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support launch initiatives and patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years pharma/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex data.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of the disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute territory business plans aligned with brand strategy and sales goals.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among HCPs.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions.
