Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product across a United States territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, drive product adoption, and build trusted relationships with physicians and staff while delivering on sales goals. The role requires strategic planning, robust clinical and product knowledge, and a proven ability to operate in a fast-paced biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory business plan aligned with launch priorities and sales objectives.
• Educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ product and drive product adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with HCPs, office staff, and key decision-makers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and territory objectives.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
