Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is seeking a Territory Manager to lead launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, drive adoption, and hit territory sales goals.

The role demands strong selling skills, customer engagement, and a passion for improving outcomes in hypertension and related diseases. This is a fully remote company with up to 60% travel in support of launch activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset; willing to travel within territory.
• Valid driver’s license; travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs.
