Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead the launch and growth of its first commercial product within an assigned territory.

You will educate healthcare providers on Mineralys’ medicine, build trusted relationships, drive product adoption, and achieve territory sales performance goals in a fast-paced biotech environment. This fully remote company requires strong selling skills, strategic planning, and the ability to travel up to 60% for customer engagements and field

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
