Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead launch efforts for our first commercial product in a remote, nationwide US territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting sales goals.

You will need a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales experience, with cardiometabolic specialty and prior launch experience highly valued. Travel up to 60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Specialty sales experience in cardiometabolic areas preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with healthcare providers and office staff.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Analyze territory trends and adjust plans to meet goals.
