Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned U.S. territory.

You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and push product adoption while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial biotech environment. The role requires strong selling skills, clinical data communication, and strategic planning, with up to 60% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Territory Management / Business Execution: develop a territory plan, drive adoption, and achieve sales goals.
• Customer Engagement / Selling Excellence: deliver compelling product presentations and educate HCPs on Mineralys’ product.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: partner with Marketing, Training, Field Operations and Analytics to support customer needs.
• Compliance / Culture: operate with integrity and in line with company policies and regulations.
