Job summary

Repligen is seeking a technically skilled Technical Support Engineer II to join our Service team. The role focuses on delivering timely technical support for bioprocessing products, troubleshooting and documenting customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams to drive resolutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bioprocessing equipment, excellent communication skills, and experience with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, Chemistry, or Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years supporting bioprocessing equipment or biopharma operations.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Familiar with GMP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers and field teams.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and process issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Sales, and Service teams.
• Prepare and update technical documentation.
• Assist with RMA, parts, and field service scheduling.
