Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years selling technical or capital equipment in biopharma or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of Microscopy / Imaging / Applications.
• Ability to manage complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow defined biopharma/biotech territory with revenue accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority customers.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expansion through prospecting, cross-selling, upselling.
• Manage full sales cycle including qualification, demos, pricing, and negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain accurate CRM data.
