Job summary

Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Biopharma Key Account Manager to cover the Philadelphia/NJ region. You will build and manage relationships with Biopharma and Biotech accounts, driving revenue and strategic initiatives.

This remote role offers regional coverage, travel as needed, and a base salary range of $120,000–$140,000 plus a sales incentive plan and comprehensive benefits. You will work with field scientists to translate scientific value into practical solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related).
• 2+ years selling technical or capital equipment in biopharma or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of biopharma research environments and stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a defined biopharma and biotech territory with revenue accountability.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for priority customers.
• Drive new customer acquisition and expansion through proactive prospecting.
• Manage full sales cycle end to end including demonstrations, pricing and negotiations.
• Build trusted relationships and maintain accurate CRM data.
