Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist for remote engagement to promote client products to Health Care Professionals over the phone. You will build relationships, educate about features and loyalty platforms, and work with client field teams to hit program goals.

Role involves outbound and inbound calls, data entry in CRM systems, and achieving KPIs while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. Some on-site visits may be required for in-services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven telephone outreach experience.
• Ability to manage call activity and meet KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Engage Health Care Professionals in telephone conversations to promote client products.
• Maximize product selling potential and meet program objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with HCPs and educate about product features.
• Utilize approved tools for product promotion and loyalty platforms.
• Collaborate with Client field teams and management.
• Conduct on-site practice visits for in-services when needed.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics per program requirements.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs for the client.
