Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist-Remote Engagement to drive telephone-based promotion of client products to Health Care Professionals. The role focuses on increasing platform participation, educating on product features, benefits, safety, and loyalty program use, while meeting quarterly KPIs.

The ideal candidate will engage targets with professional communication, manage call activity, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge and CRM data, with on-site visits possible

Qualifications

• Experience engaging Health Care Professionals by phone and educating them about product features.
• Ability to meet program KPIs and sales targets.
• Knowledge of product promotions and loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Effectively promote client products to Health Care Professionals via telephone to maximize platform participation.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts to grow product and platform adoption.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics as defined by the program.
• Achieve quarterly KPIs for the client.
• Promote products through outbound/inbound calls and relevant discussions.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of client products, programs, and platforms.
• Enter data in Amplity/Client CRM systems accurately.
