Amplity Health is seeking a Business Development Specialist to engage Health Care Professionals by phone, promoting client products and driving loyalty program participation. The role requires building relationships, educating on product features, indications, and platform benefits, with some on-site visits possible.

You will collaborate with client field teams, manage call activity, and track outcomes in CRM systems to meet quarterly KPIs and client objectives.

Qualifications

• Must have proven ability to engage Health Care Professionals by phone and promote products effectively.
• Ability to develop and manage targeted accounts and influence platform participation.
• Experience delivering business plans and achieving KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate with customers using selling, listening, and negotiation skills.
• Manage daily call activity to influence customers and increase platform awareness.
• Profile and manage targeted accounts and provide value-added benefits to grow product and platform awareness.
• Create and implement business plans to achieve goals.
• Maintain call productivity and metrics required by the program.
• Achieve quarterly KPI targets.
