Job summary

ArchKey Solutions LLC is seeking a BIM Specialist to provide building information modeling services across projects, developing fully constructible 3D models and detailed construction documents to support field electricians with complex installations. You will work with design teams to ensure precise modeling, coordination, and compliant drawings, using Revit, Bluebeam, and related tools.

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent in BIM, engineering, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years BIM modeling experience preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
Experience using Evolve software is a plus.
Basic skills to read, interpret and understand electrical contracts, plans, drawings, and specifications preferred.
Strong desire to learn about electrical design and construction.

Responsibilities

Gathers information from other design disciplines to move forward with electrical designs on schedule.
Produces constructible 3D model content and detailed electrical construction documents using Revit and related tools.
Develops conceptual designs, sketches, or value engineering ideas for project estimates.
Consults with vendors and reviews project shop drawings for design accuracy.
Provides technical support to project managers, field personnel, estimators, and customers.
Attends BIM coordination meetings as needed.
