Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Systems Specialist to lead BIM workflows and project coordination. The role balances design, modeling and documentation across regional offices or a fully remote setup.

You will drive BIM standards, manage templates, assess new BIM tools and ensure licensing compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver quality outcomes. Strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in information technology, BIM, or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 4–5 years BIM modeling experience.
• Experience with Revit, Autodesk, Bluebeam; MS Office; Evolve a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops BIM project data sets and workflows; drives project setup and standards for BIM usage.
• Evaluates BIM-related software and technologies; stays updated on best practices; automates BIM workflows.
• Creates and manages content library files and templates; supports project start-ups; coordinates software licensing and updates.
• Manages project content and models; provides daily model management, QC, and maintenance; ensures model integrity.
• Oversees BIM/Revit installations; provides hardware/network support as it relates to BIM production; offers end-user training.
