Job summary

ArchKey Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer to deliver constructible BIM models and comprehensive electrical documents for complex projects. The role involves coordination with PMs, BIM teams, and field electricians to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have extensive BIM experience, strong knowledge of NEC codes, and the ability to mentor others while driving design excellence across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience; engineering track may require a Bachelor's degree.
• 7–8 years BIM modeling and electrical design experience, with large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide BIM services and constructible 3D models for projects.
• Develop electrical construction documents and coordination with field electricians.
• Lead design reviews, mentor team members, and ensure QA/QC of deliverables.
• Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and other design disciplines.
• Support PV layouts and calculations if applicable.
