You will collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, and Sales to resolve billing issues, prepare reports, and support month-end activities. Strong Excel/Sheets skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify billing information including pricing, taxes, and terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and corrections.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and account info.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales and other teams.
• Prepare billing reports and aging information.
