Qualifications

• Previous experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, or similar role.
• Experience preparing and processing customer invoices.
• Experience using accounting, billing, ERP, or financial software.
• Able to work remotely and manage high-volume transactions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, and payment terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and balances.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and aging information.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounts Receivable, Finance, Sales to resolve issues.
• Prepare billing reports for management.
• Assist with month-end and year-end billing activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
