Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, discounts, and terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and account corrections as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer billing records and monitor balances.
• Respond to inquiries about invoices, charges, and payments.
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales and others to resolve issues.

• Assist month-end and year-end billing activities.
