Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices on time.
• Verify billing information, pricing, taxes, and terms.
• Process adjustments, credits, refunds, and corrections.
• Maintain accurate billing records and account information.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with AR, Finance, Sales to resolve issues.
• Prepare billing reports and aging information.
• Ensure invoices follow company policies.
• Assist with month-end/year-end billing.
