Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join our Billing team. The role supports accurate invoicing for Cox Fleet, with duties spanning coding, auditing, and processing invoices, and liaising with service providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume work.
• Experience with data entry and office equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit invoices to verify approvals and lack of discrepancies.
• Drag and drop invoices into appropriate events within the system.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing of invoices and audit billing.
• Respond to PO line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties within the Billing department.
