The role can be remote within the United States and is based in Cherryville, NC. Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in billing.
• Experience with data entry in fast-paced teams.
• Experience with VMRS coding is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit invoices for discrepancies and approvals.
• Drag and drop invoices into events in the system.
• Run TMCare resets when applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Code VMRS and cost invoices; audit accuracy.
• Respond to PO inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Take on additional Billing duties as needed.
