Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with VMRS coding and billing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit invoices for discrepancies and approval limits.
• Drag and drop invoices into events in the system.
• Execute TMCare resets when needed.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• Perform VMRS coding and costing; audit invoices.
• Respond to PO line inquiries and handle overflow calls.
• Undertake additional duties within Billing department.
