Cox Automotive seeks a detail-oriented Billing Specialist I to join the Billing team. This role focuses on invoicing, coding, auditing, and communicating with service providers, including processing unprocessed invoices for our fleet customers.

The position offers an hourly base pay with potential incentives; remote work is available anywhere in the United States, with a Day shift and opportunities for growth within Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with data entry and office equipment.
• Prior VMRS coding and billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or inquiries.
• Determine and mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit reviews to verify approvals and no discrepancies.
• Drag and drop invoices into events within the system.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
