• Contact service providers regarding invoice discrepancies or questions.
• Mark invoices as Work & Cost Complete (WACC).
• Audit reviews for discrepancies and customer approval limits.
• Drag and drop invoices into system events.
• Execute TMCare resets as applicable.
• Process rebills for Roadside and TMCare services.
• Index invoices into the workflow system.
• VMRS coding and costing; audit invoices for accuracy.
