Ladders is seeking a Sales Manager, Billing to lead a high-performing sales team focused on billing solutions in a remote role. You will own go-to-market execution, team development, and customer-facing strategy in a fast-paced environment with strong executive alignment.

You will drive revenue growth, manage complex sales cycles, and engage with high-level clients across AMER, balancing operational rigor with consultative selling and strategic execution.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of sales leadership experience in high-performing teams and products.
• 15+ years in hyper-growth SaaS environments across AMER.
• Experience in finance, revenue management, or similar software services.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of driving results independently.
• Ability to understand and address complex technical requirements.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills for engaging multiple stakeholders.
• Proven experience leading complex negotiations with diverse business sizes.
