Job summary

Prometric is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Billing to lead and optimize the organization’s billing operations across regions, business units, and customer segments. This executive will partner with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and IT to drive accuracy, speed, and compliance in invoicing.

The role manages global policies, standardizes processes, and mentors billing teams across geographies, ensuring timely cash flow and customer satisfaction in a remote work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in billing/finance operations, order-to-cash, or related function.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams across geographies.
• Experience overseeing complex billing across countries/regions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end billing, invoicing controls, and financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day global billing operations and ensure invoices meet SLAs.
• Oversee end-to-end billing activities including setup, contracts, pricing, schedules, invoicing, adjustments, credits, rebills and disputes.
• Establish standardized global billing policies, workflows and controls.
• Lead billing managers and teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Drive process improvements to reduce manual work and accelerate cycles.
• Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize billing platforms and ERP systems.
