Job summary

Prompt Therapy Solutions, Inc is seeking a Senior Billing Success Manager to act as the billing expert for customers, guiding onboarding and process implementation across third-party and in-house billing teams. You will help optimize revenue cycles and provide reporting and training to ensure successful client outcomes.

The role requires strong Excel and data analysis skills, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; substantial experience may substitute.
• Must have 3+ years in the medical billing industry.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of billing experience for outpatient physical therapy clinics; substantial experience may substitute.
• Must have experience working in or with mid market RCM companies with 50+ therapists, preferably in a success or RCM leadership role.
• 2-3 years minimum of RCM leadership experience.
• Solid understanding of fundamental accounting concepts.
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to learn software quickly and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Onboard teams ranging from startups to mid markets to train their entire RCM staff on billing best practices and support a smooth transition onto the platform.
• Assist sales in the sales cycle for mid market prospects and as a product specialist on our billing platform.
• Teach submission, posting, invoicing, AR, and related best practices to teams of all sizes.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Prompt Reporting, Industry Accounting and AR practices and provide training on accrual accounting, AR reporting and RCM KPI data.
• Develop and maintain understanding of our product offerings to respond to customer inquiries across our single-channel support system.
• Promote customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding each customer’s evolving needs and delivering value.
• Establish relationships with client stakeholders and billing personnel and configure workflows with their EMR/PM system.
