Job summary

American Red Cross is seeking Part-Time Tier 1 Customer Service Agents to support our Training Services Team in a remote role nationwide. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and excels at delivering outstanding service.

You will answer calls and emails, maintain records, meet production targets, and assist volunteers. This position starts around January 4, 2027 and offers competitive pay and benefits while working from home.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced WFH environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound call and email inquiries from learners and instructors and provide resolution.
• Use information from computer systems to update account records and note resolution of inquiry.
• Handle basic inquiries such as account maintenance and class information.
• Maintain daily production standards (AHT, Calls per Hour, Email per Hour, % Online Time, Quality).
• Triage complex problems and route callers to appropriate resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
