Toast is hiring a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive to grow Toast's presence in Spanish cuisine restaurants. This bilingual role requires you to engage Spanish-speaking customers and close contracts while using English with Toast colleagues.

You will conduct demos, craft quotes, and guide restaurants through the end-to-end platform, aligning solutions with their needs and timelines. Based in the CST time zone, you will operate from a home office and support markets across the United States.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both English and Spanish required (oral and written).
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsabilités

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand competitive landscape in your market to best position Toast.
• Your Spanish skills will be used on the job to communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and prospective customers, while your English language skills will be used primarily for communicating with other employees at Toast.
• As with most internal business at Toast, the job application and interview process for this role will be conducted primarily in English.
• Toast will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this role.
