Job summary

Toast is seeking a Strategic Cuisines Account Executive in the United States (remote from home) to grow Toast’s presence with Spanish cuisine restaurants. The role focuses on inbound/outbound sales, language-enabled demos, and contracts in the customer’s language.

You will conduct discovery calls, create quotes, collaborate with onboarding, and position Toast against competitors. English for internal, Spanish for customer conversations; the hiring process is mainly in English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required (oral and written).
• Prior sales experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads in the market you support.
• Conducting discovery calls & product demonstrations in your customer’s preferred language.
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in your customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure our onboarding team and customer are set up for success post sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape in your market to best position Toast.
