Job summary

Toast is seeking a bilingual Strategic Cuisines Account Executive based in the North Bay, CA area. This role involves a personal home office setup and a focus on Spanish-language restaurant clients, with outbound calls, demos, and contract closures in the customer’s language.

You will engage both Spanish-speaking restaurateurs and Toast teammates in English, helping clients understand how Toast’s end-to-end platform improves operations and sales.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required (oral and written).
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial and feedback-driven mindset.
• Restaurant operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on marketing qualified leads in your market.
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations in the customer’s preferred language.
• Create and review quotes and contracts in the customer’s preferred language.
• Ensure onboarding team and customer are set up for success post-sale.
• Understand the competitive landscape to position Toast effectively.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and English-speaking colleagues.
