Teleperformance is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism in a high-velocity environment.

The role includes working from home, complying with state restrictions in the United States, and delivering excellent service while safeguarding confidential information. A High School Diploma and 6 months of experience are required.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
