EchoStar Corporation is hiring a Customer Experience Representative for a full-time, work-from-home role. You will handle billing, programming, and technical support inquiries while promoting EchoStar products. Training is provided to ensure you perform at your best.

Responsibilities include handling customer calls, offering solutions for technical issues, and supporting a diverse customer base. Eligible candidates reside in participating states and must pass a pre-employment screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Smartphone or device with active data network connection.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment screen.
• Must reside in: FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, MS, MO, NE, NC, SC, UT, NM, TN, WY, TX to be eligible.

Responsibilities
