Job summary

EchoStar's Customer Experience team in Tulsa, OK is seeking a on-site Customer Experience Representative to assist customers with billing, programming, and technical support while promoting EchoStar products and services.

You will handle back-to-back calls, provide solutions, and guide customers toward the best DISH experience. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, and flexibility to work full-time shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work full-time on-site.
• Six months of related customer service and troubleshooting experience and/or training.
• Flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Pre-employment screen.
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions; and camera on during all video meetings.
• Smartphone or device with active data network connection.

Responsibilities

• Take back-to-back tech support or customer service phone calls with customers throughout the entirety of your shift.
• Engage with a diverse consumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technical issues.
• Promoting additional products and services.
